Charlebois Heritage Museum
In 1897, Father Ovide Charlebois built a mission house, a small log cabin chapel located beside Our Lady of the Sacred Heart Cathedral. Father Charlebois was ordained Bishop in 1910 and traveled by railroad, wagon, canoe, and on foot carrying his many pastoral duties within the missionary diocese of 435,000 square kilometers.

Sam Waller Museum

Wekusko Falls Provincial Park ![]()

In the north, where the Manitoba Lowlands and Precambrian Shield meet, there is a river that runs wild. The Grass River plunges almost 12 metres/39 feet through a series of falls and rapids known as Wekusko Falls. In the 1700's, this area was part of the Upper Track fur trade route. Today, the park is visited by those seeking a true wilderness adventure.
