This
exciting culinary series is intended for locals and visitors
alike who want to find the answer to the question "Where
does our food come from?" A small group of foodies
is invited to join the editors of Ciao! magazine on a series
of afternoon tours exploring four of Manitoba's interesting
food suppliers. The group will have the opportunity to meet
directly with the supplier and learn about the unique challenges
and successes they have had.
Each
tour concludes with an evening visit to one of Winnipeg's
best restaurants for a delicious multi-course dining extravaganza!
Learn how the city's top chefs work with these regional
products to create their gastronomic masterpieces, while
enjoying one yourself!

Note:
Tours go rain or shine and are non-refundable. Tours require
a minimum of 10 people and are limited to a maximum of 22
people. If minimum numbers are not met, guests can choose
to get a full refund or be put onto another available date.
Group inquiries are also welcome.
Location
and Time:
For
each tour, you meet at the selected restaurant at 4:00pm,
and depart by mini bus as group for your tour. After your
tour, you are taken to the restaurant for a delicious dinner,
and then return home in your own vehicle.
