 - Make sure that this is something the entire group feels comfortable with doing as people might not agree with the experiments conducted or views of the people involved; we want everyone to have good positive experiences on the tours

 - If your group consists mainly of children, please make sure they are all comfortable with being in the dark, l and are not prone to nightmares; also, please make sure the parents / guardians are  ok with their child going on a haunted tours

 - Although strange phenomenon has happened on past tours, nothing is ever guaranteed

 - $46.00 + GST / person 18 years of age or older based on a minimum of 15 people and a maximum of 20 people

- There is a non-refundable deposit of $250.00 due at the time of booking a private Vigil

- Payment methods include: Visa, MasterCard, cash or certified cheque

 - If you have less than 15 people, additional costs will apply

 - ALL guests must be at least 18 years of age or older to participate in a Vigil; no exceptions will be made

 - You must have at least a minimum of 15 people and a maximum of 20 people in your group

 - All guests must refrain from the use of alcohol and medications prior to the start of the Vigil

 - The Vigils are designed for people with a heightened interest in the paranormal and who are very serious in exploring this aspect of life; we do not recommend a Vigil for a "fun event" or "something fun" to do for your group because of the nature of the evening

 - Available dates depend on guide, medium, and location availability; it is best to have a few dates to work with

 - There is a non-refundable deposit of $250.00 due at the time of booking a private Vigil

 - Receipts and invoices can be provided to you for your records

 - Guests must make their own way to the Vigil location

 - Vigils start at 8:00pm, and run until 11:00pm
